Adjoining the Terrace, Bradshaw Room and Hunter Lounge, and overlooking the practice green with impressive views of 1 and 9 South, Whitlock’s covered Veranda offers beautiful sightlines of the golf course and a relaxed outdoor setting perfect for BBQ luncheons and pre-dinner cocktails.
Overlooking the curling rink in winter months and stepping out onto the Veranda in summer, the Hunter Lounge—honouring Tom Hunter; decorated National, Provincial and Whitlock Club Champion—is ideally suited for casual social events and provides the perfect dining and bar area to catch a game, share a drink and grab a bite to eat.
Classically appointed and equipped with audiovisual equipment, the Whitlock Room—so named for Mrs. Whitlock and the property from which the club takes its name—comfortably accommodates multimedia presentations and meetings of up to 12 people.
Named in honour of Whitlock’s first Club President and most celebrated family, the Darling Room features panoramic windows, elegant décor and direct connection to the Bradshaw Room. Looking out on the Terrace and 9 South, this classic banquet room lends itself perfectly to weddings, receptions, fundraisers and other fine dining events for groups of up to 250 people.
Paying homage to Peggy Bradshaw, who represented Whitlock exquisitely during her half century as an active golf and curling member, the Bradshaw Room—adjacent the Hunter Lounge, Darling Room and Veranda—is comfortably furnished with traditional décor and lots of natural light, and lends itself perfectly to intimate corporate functions and family occasions.
Adjacent the Darling Room and overlooking the dramatic green at 9 South, Whitlock’s Terrace comes alive in the summer months with festive BBQ menus, incredible views of the golf course and live musical performances, and provides a gorgeous open-air venue for wedding ceremonies and pre-dinner cocktails.

Marc Ratelle
General Manager
Being a member of the club for over 12 years, Marc has a deep understanding of the club and its workings. He was actively involved at the Board level having served as Captain from 2017-2018, Honourary Secretary from 2023-2024 and Communications Chair from 2023-2024.
Marc brings a strong financial background, having worked in the banking industry for 38 years. His extensive experience in financial management is a tremendous asset to our club’s continued growth and success.
